These terms govern your use of PageShield's managed WordPress hosting service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
PageShield provides managed WordPress hosting including site provisioning, SSL certificates, DNS management, automated backups, uptime monitoring and security services as described on our website.
We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted sites. The Business plan includes a formal SLA with service credits for downtime exceeding this target. Starter and Pro plans do not include an SLA but we operate to the same standards.
Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance.
We run automated nightly backups and retain 30 days of restore points. While we take every precaution, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups for critical data. PageShield is not liable for data loss in the event that our backup system fails.
You must not use PageShield to host:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
PageShield's liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss of profit claims.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your site and all associated data will be deprovisioned at the end of the billing period. Backup data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted.
We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.
